Maxaflow Valve Insert

This is key to the operation of the Maxaflow system and provides an airtight seal and two ports (channels) - blue for air in and red for fluid out.

The Maxaflow Valve Insert is the key component in both the Maxaflow "HV" (High Volume) and Maxaflow "AP" (Accur Pour) products.

Straight Stand Pipe (Dip Tube)

Two types of Stand Pipe are available dependent on your application (High Volume (HP) or Accu Pour (AP))
 

1. Straight Stand Pipe (featured) for high volume applications like refuelling and dispensing large quantities of liquid.

The Straight Stand Pipe is a component in the Maxaflow "HV" (High Volume) product.

Elbow Stand Pipe (Dip Tube)

Two types of Stand Pipe are available dependent on your application (High Volume (HP) or Accu Pour (AP))
 

2. Elbow Stand Pipe, 90° (featured). This type features a 1” BSP female port that supports the Maxaflow bib-cock tap or any standard 1” BSP tail to suit your custom application.

The Elbow Stand Pipe is a component in the Maxaflow "AP" (Accu Pour) product.

Delivery Nozzle

Maintain total control with the Maxaflow delivery nozzle. This quickly and cleanly controls the supply of petrol and diesel flowing at one litre per second.

The Delivery Nozzle is a component in the Maxaflow "HV" (High Volume) product.

Bib-Cock

Ideally suited to filling reusable packs and containers, the quality bib-cock provides for uncountable applications in agriculture and industry.  The specially designed standpipe for the dip bib-cock features a star indexer, which stabilisers the assembly and provides for one hand operation.

The Bib-Cock is a component in the Maxaflow "AP" (Accur Pour) product.

Bravo Bellows

The time proven high volume low pressure air pump effortlessly moves close to two litres of air per stroke. This air displaces the fluid in your drum delivering it quickly and cleanly.

The Bravo Bellows are included in both the Maxaflow "HV" (High Volume) and Maxaflow "AP" (Accur Pour) products.

High Capacity Filtration

Maxaflow’s introduction of a new high capacity filtration system allows users to achieve three goals at once. Fuels pass through the filter element at the surprisingly high rate of 45 Litres per Minute and in the process are cleaned and dewatered during transfer.  Our testing proved that the added filtration function was achieved in a matter of seconds. The time penalty is just 1/3 of a second per litre, time well spent when you consider the advantages.

The highly effective filter element is field replaceable and removes particulate material to 10 μm (micron). Incorporated to the large clear water trap bowl is a drain tap allowing water to be drained of as it is collected.

Available as a kit the filter separator is retrofit able to Maxaflow "HV" and "AP" products. The filter kit includes a stand pipe and terminates at a 1” BSP outlet fitting. 

Hypalone Bellows

As Maxaflow’s innovative drum pump becomes more established in heavy industrial applications the requirement for an every day duty pump has steadily increased.

The new Hypalon Bellows pump has similar performance characteristics to the standard type, however features a construction that has been perfected over more than 30 years. Hypalon is a trade mark of DuPont and the ultra tough material is used the make a broad range of products including fire fighters suits and heavy duty inflatable boats.

Top and bottom plates of the pump are constructed of marine grade plywood and timber coupled with the hard wearing Hypalon provides a highly robust product that is ultra resistant to organic vapours.

For high usage operators who enjoy the time saving benefits of maxaflow drum pumps every day the Hypalon pump is a logical and economically sound investment.
